Hurdles

Congrats to all my hurdlers in the past week who have competed.

Lehann Fourie took second at the World University Games.

Kirkland Thornton is having a great first tour in Europe. A second place in his first race, a fourth place in his second race and a win today with a legit 13.42. Congrats.

NCAA's

Well I haven't been posting too often on here because the NCAA Championships were coming up and I was trying to help the athlete's get into the best frame of mind and do as much technique refinement as we could before they left. Now that the meet has started, it's all I have been watching. Also, I'm vacationing to FL next week, so I have a lot of work to get done before the trip out there. Possibly, my life could get a bit more interesting when I return.

Well...

I am starting over. This blog went away when I decided that nothing in my life was interesting enough to keep writing about. It's not that Nebraska is boring, it's that Nigel is mad boring in Lincoln. 

So, what I will do to keep my post up will be to post quick lil tid bits of stuff. Favorite songs, some funny youtube clip, a link to an interesting site, etc...

So, I will start with two things...

1) IF you bought Eminem's cd and you like it, navigate to a different page because you must be a horrible judge of character and have bad taste in everything and if you are reading this then I fall into that category and I would rather not have that happen. HAHA
