NCAA's

Well I haven't been posting too often on here because the NCAA Championships were coming up and I was trying to help the athlete's get into the best frame of mind and do as much technique refinement as we could before they left. Now that the meet has started, it's all I have been watching. Also, I'm vacationing to FL next week, so I have a lot of work to get done before the trip out there. Possibly, my life could get a bit more interesting when I return.
